For CONNECT Lite (Free) plans, prospects and members (contacts) can view their own results. Subscribers & Users can view completion date and time, but cannot view Body Analysis results.

For CONNECT paid plans, prospects and members (contacts) can view their own results. Subscribers & Users can view all Body Analysis results for their contacts.

For both CONNECT and CONNECT Lite, a simple way to drive more revenue-generating conversations is to follow up with prospects and members who complete a Body Analysis, then discuss their results and related needs.

CONNECT paid subscribers also have the ability to make targeted offers to prospects and members at the completion of the Body Analysis (for example, trials, free or discounted sessions and recommendations of specific services).

In addition, CONNECT paid subscribers can enable appointment booking upon completion of a Body Analysis, which allows the most interested prospects and members to easily take the next step.

The first step to promoting your Body Analysis tool is to post your QR code throughout your facility -- front desk, fitness areas, consultation offices, locker rooms, lounges, stretching and recovery areas, personal training stations, bulletin boards and wherever members congregate or there is foot traffic. Great news -- you can print custom posters for your app from within your bodQR account, so it is simple to begin promoting your app immediately.

While posting your QR code will get some attention, there is no substitute for personally encouraging your members to take action. You can multiply participation levels by directly asking members to take a Body Analysis (for example, at check-in or check-out). Related, you can also designate and promote monthly or quarterly "Evaluation Weeks" and make campaign-like efforts across your entire staff to generate body analyses during these periods.

Finally, encouraging staff to carry an image of your QR code (on their phones, on a badge/lanyard or on a button) helps to keep Body Analyses top of mind.

Once your account is set up with a primary location and user, there are only a couple of items that are necessary to set up in a CONNECT or CONNECT Lite account  -- additional locations and additional users.

CONNECT Lite plans are designed for use by most fitness businesses.

As such, the only requirement for establishing an account is having the operational authority or permission to fully implement the application at your location -- which involves (at minimum) internal continuous promotion to prospects and members, and the ongoing involvement of staff.
